New game of "WTF?" *help please*

Ok so I'm looking over my cams while covers are off and I look back behind number 6 cam lobes, and underneath the plug valley is some heinous looking shit. Looks like a pile of molten aluminium. What the hell is this and how worried should I be???? The left side of the pictures is the back of the head, the ARP bolt is the rear-most exhaust side

Looks like a casting mark to me. Is it free from the head or is it just laying there?

No its stuck there, it just kinda looks like a meted bolt head to me or something.... but I don't see any part in the TSRM there, so I guess you might be right... I'm gonna go check my spare head and see if I see the same thing.
