Not enough room between cylinders to do o-rings correctly on a 7M, Copper is fine for an engine that will see regular teardown's/inspection anything else it's a WOTAM, why reinvent the wheel a correctly prepped head/block and a quality MHG clamped with ARP hardware easily meets your goals.

Up to you, personally I think it's a waste of time/effort/money.

I really don't think there is enough room between the cylinders to do it, I've ran o-rings in quite a few other engines the 7m layout just isn't one I'd try it with.

Ask SupraRich what HG he specced for Gary's 1400 hp 7M in Malta.

Personally I wouldn't do this. I went that route-copper head gasket, O ringed W/ ARP head studs and it lasted about 600 miles before the BHG. That prompted the total rebuild that I'm still working on. I would take IJ's advice and use a HKS 2MM stopper HG and be happy that I did.

Copper gaskets and o-ringing the 7m is a waste and not needed. HKS stopper is used on the malta dragster for 1500 ish crank HP with no failure.
