Need some help with some Wheels

I am pretty much ready to get some new shoes for the Supra and i need some help. Looking at getting 19' TSWs and founds some for a good price. 19x9.5 rear +41 19.8.8 +35. I do not get the offset and how it works on our mk3s. Is anyone running a setup similar to what i have mentioned.

30-50 you wont rub. Anything less youll need to roll the fenders. This is only for the front

I have 17x9 +24 up front and they sit about perfectly. If I was another inch lower they would start to rub the fender, but on just lowering springs I'm fine.
Rears I have 18x10 +30 and the tired tuck right inside the fender, lip pretty much even with the fender.
I haven't rolled/pulled anything, stock body. The wheels you're looking at should fit fine.
