Need opinion on Rear Differential oil. My friend recommended LE (Lubrication Engineers)' Duolec 1605 Gear Lubricant. I have been searching but no one seem to be using this on here. I was told some oil company that did the study said when compared to amsoil and other junk, LE was like taffy almost..

Was wondering if anyone use this stuff? I need to change mine. Its a NA LSD rear with 260K miles.... Never changed by the last owner and I just did a 1JZ swap.

I use RedLine and it's always worked perfectly.

That's because Jay is a smart hillbilly ;)

Ford 75W-90 (you have to add Ford friction modifier) or the Red Line 75W-90 (already contains the modifier) Jay is using above.

Ford non synthetic 75w-90 and the ford friction modifier xl3. The label on the ford non-synthetic lube even tells you to add the modifier. Did mine about 3000 miles ago and no issues. The job including a pump cost me about $20.. Damn cheap for a supra.
