I understand this will most likely get extremely frowned upon but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask..
Does anybody know of any inspection stations around the raleigh area that are very cough cough 'lenient' cough cough, so to say with inspections?
My horn does not work as of right now due to the aftermarket wheel I just put on and i'm still trying to figure out what wires I need to make it work.
Also, I'm running no cat as well.
So if anyone has any advice it'd be GREATLY appreciated.
