Ok so my car developed a small leak on this water line and I've been trying to find a new one, but I havent had any luck. Im sure someone has had this issue before and was just wondering where you can find the replacement. I went through Oreiley, Napa, Autozone, and Rockauto and have come up short. Any input will be greatly apreciated.

Hmm, good to know. Must have been superceeded. Last time I ordered that hose I used the one I gave you, but that was many years ago.

Part # 22210C

You'll want to replace that too. Not going to lie, it's a bitch. It runs off the bottom of the ISCV to a nipple on the head.
Yeah it definately looks like a PITA, but at least this is a hose that looks easier to work with, and can probably get from a local parts store.

Remove the alternator to change that lower bypass line. IMO its the only way to do it, took me 15 mins to chane mine out.

Also it doesnt need to be the factory molded hose. A straight piece of bulk 5/16 hose works perfect.

Now I'm glad I peeked in this thread...would've completely missed that connection. Looking up from under the car, is the fitting that the 2210 hose goes to on the bottom front of the lower intake runners? Not sure what happened to my factory hose, it's been about 3-1/2yrs since I first yanked the motor out. Plus, for all I know, some of these lines might've been yanked by the prev owner....wouldn't surprise me, with how much stuff on this car was 'rigged when I bought it...lol.

I recall HVYMAN or IJ saying that icing in the TB can happen even when temperature are between 0 and 10C

Its possible for TB freezing to happen at 0 degrees Celsius under the perfect conditions, but not likely.

Actually its humidity as much as cold that really matters. As the pressure drops past the ISCV it will cool (just like your A/C expansion valve) and any water in the air can freeze and clog up the ISCV. I laugh when the Floridians claim they don't need it, in reality they need it the most!

This. Although it took me hours. I tackled it a couple weeks after my neck surgery, haha. Also I had so much trouble getting the old hose off the nipple on head. I had to cut it off blindly since you can only feel it and not see it. I used regular hose. Toyota wanted $25 bucks or something like that for it.
