no, 360 torque 240HP, something is wrong.. since I have pretty much have a dyno at my disposal I will keep playing with it... The reason my HP doesn't follow is because my boost drops off like crazy.. I hit 10.4 lbs and made 360HP then as the boost dropped off I only made 240HP because my peak HP comes in at the higher RPM where my boost has already dropped off to 8.0lbs

I had 2.5 inch exhaust on at that time with the stock elbow and down pipe.. With the cat cut out.. But I had one cat and then 2.5 inch.. I need to go to a less restrictive elbow and then 3 inch exhaust.. I still think there is something wrong with the numbers

WOW. Oil jets not important? After seeing this thread im rethinking of taking the GE Block & pistons i have lying around & building another engine :naughty: or better yet gettin the NA-T kit from DM & have that block ready for when i get a BHG i can transfer all to the GTE to the NA Block & use that one. The GE block looks in better condition than the GTE block im using.

I might of missed it somewhere, or this may be a dumb question, but is the NEO a must have? I have a Turbo Parts car sitting around and I am beginning to make a grocery list of parts for NA-T. I am having a hard time getting myself to throw 400 at the AFC...

Wow awesome build. I already got some turbo parts lying about. Definitely consider this come rebuild time. Does it wind up being cheaper (buying 7M-GTE vs. NA/T conversion)

It all depends, I haven't priced out a GTE swap so don't really know... Personally I like the block without oil squirters and higher compression for added power and oil pressure

How Can you reach at leat 500HP or 600HP with a 7mge with a PTE6562, please ignore fuel, and other thing just need to know internals... Can I use stock Piston... or Stock Piston size but only a forged piston...?

With the high compression of the GE and boost at those power levels you run the risk of melting a piston, Put in GTE pistons for lower compression or get forged pistons with a higher compression than a GTE that can handle boost without melting the ring glands
