Precision used to do a 50trim but i dont think they do anymore. Besides that is not worth it for rediculously small gains compared to the dollar.

why do people want to do a dbb on a ct with anything under a 57 trim? your gonna be able to boost at anything above idle.....

don't want the bearings for spool, I want 'em for reliability, same reason I want something under 57. My goal is only 350 rwhp.

Yes.. If you don't want the power to drop off at high RPM, get rid of the CT-26 completely. Like the Dr said, the tiny CT-26 turbine side will choke the flow at high rpm no matter what compressor wheel you use. A simple bolt-on turbo like the SP61GT, Bossturbo or any other T4 turbo will allow the 7M to pull hard to redline.
