MKIV cruise actuator on MKIII ?

Has anyone been able to wire in the cruise control actuator from a JZA80 into the MA70?

Looking at the diagrams it seems they both have similar number of wires. The mkIII has 8 wires with a double ground and the mkIV has 7 wires with a single ground.

I'm doing a 2JZ swap now and I need to figure out the cruise control part. Either I need to exchange the cable since it is too short on the MKIII (don't know if it is possible to use the mkIV cable on the mkIII actuator) or I need to get the mkIV actuator and wire it to the mkIII cruise computer.

The cruise uses its own computer. Your wiring will need to match which ECU you use. If you use the MA70 cruise, I would think you need to do light fabrication so the throttle is controlled in a different location. Have you looked at other 2JZ swaps to see how theirs was done? Even just the pictures.
