Some of you may have read the back story in the feedback forum about how I got sent two sets of rears. Well anyways, this is what I have.
Tein HA rears
Cusco rears (no model# but I'm guessing comp-s)
Tokiko blues / intrax springs fronts only (picked up for next to nothing two days ago)
I've looked online and found that the Intrax (linear) springs are the closest spring rates to what the Tein HA fronts would be (700ft/in intrax vs 672lb/in tein). The dampening force on the other hand is going to be quite soft on the blues. I took off 1 spring from the fronts and the struts appear to be in good shape - constant pressure and rebound by themselves. I didn't bother picking up the rears because the springs were rusted pretty bad.
Now, the question is would this ride 'OK' until I can find a complete setup? I'm getting tired of the mushy 20 year old suspension and truck look.
Thanks,
-Chris
