No...route the hose to the fender well. You don't want fuel vapor around hot parts...like turbos or exhaust manifolds 
Thanks..Yea..me being an idiot just remembered this site has a search function and i found like 9000 threads on removing the CC. My line is cracked going to the CC and my JDM motor has no BVSV and the one on my old motor is broken. And i do not have emissions here yet :chicken:tlo86 said:charcoal canister is EVAP system
if you really want to get rid of it i would say to get a vented gas cap which is a problem if you have to do emissions unlesss you have a spare or drill a hole =/

So what did they do about this positive pressure in Japan? Like i said my JDM motor doesnt have a BVSV on it or even a port for it. They had to have had some kind of EVAP system or..maybe not i dunno..jetjock said:Expansion. Btw, when the tank is vented it no longer runs at the designed 2 psi accomplished by the valving in the evap cannister. It was done that way for a reason. I'll let you figure out why.
