Have you driven the car to see the results yet? The reason Im asking is that the Nylon gear is dependent on the inner drive gear.
The Supra mechanical is pictured here
http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_1991_TOYOTA_SUPRA_MA70L-BJPVZA_3505.html
With an internal drive gear here
http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_1991_TOYOTA_SUPRA_MA70L-BJPVZA_3510.html
And the Aristo inner drive gear is here

They look like the same part number so it should work, the Supra 2J internal gear is the same also which is here.

Not yet. This is my car Seth and I have been working on for so long. I'll try to snap pics next time of the underside of the bellhousing where the speedo sleeve is for reference, since the engine is already in the bay now.

Hey guys,
Photobucket has been gay lately and the iPhone app was F'ed but now good. Here are some pictures of the mod:

Here you can see the part number piece and how short it is. So maybe there is another part number that is longer? But my fix should work fine!

Hope this helps people down the road!
Seth

Yeah that bolt hole is quite far away on the Aristo tail housing. Interesting, I didn't expect that. I haven't seen any plates that long from Toyota, but your solution looks like it will work well.
