ha, tell that to a "kid" I had in class last year. I swear EVERY equation the professor put on the board "ummm, well, what happens when you raise the whole equation to infinity?" ... shut up fat ass, there's no such thing and even if there was why would you care???? I swear everyone in the class would automatically groan when we saw him raise his hand. And I had 4 amazing classes with him.
LOL! Yeah, I've had plenty of those types in my class. It's like "SHUT THE HELL UP!!! I'm not paying to listen to you babble on about crap that doesn't matter!!!"

Damn Derk - good with the math, are we? I never was. Calculus almost got me kicked out of college.
haha! Surprising enough, me too. In Calc 1 I refused to buy the book, failed every quiz and never did homework. C- ...need a C- or better to move on
Calc 2, same story as Calc 1, ended up with a D+
Calc 2 round 2, bought the book, never did the homework, failed every quiz, but passed my tests, C
Calc 3, wised up a bit and actually went back and read the stuff for Calc 1 and Calc 2, and then owned in Calc 3, B
Engineering Math 1 (differential equations at some schools)...completely owned the class, never even opened the book, haha
Engineering Math 2 (advanced differential equations) ...Stuff was a little more out there, but I actually wanted to learn it...sadly got a B
But now Calc and circuit analysis is pretty much my life day in and day out.
