12-14 pounds is the easy answer, but try the search feature, there's lots of discussion on here about it. There is no explicit answer without more details regarding mods.

I think you'd be pretty lucky to get even that much...

Depends on the turbo upgrade, your altitude, ambient temperature, and about 50 other factors.

The only way to find out for sure is to turn it up until it either hits fuel cut or breaks.

for me it was 9psi and my friend was 12psi with bone stocks 1990 turbos.. dont know why!

before hitting max boost, u might as well do the upgrades to support even turning it up more then a couple psi. just do it right. injectors, lexus afm, walbro fuel pump, safc2.. something of the sort.
