Hi.
We were a few guys from sweden that ordered the MAFTs.
A friend hooked his up and the leds did not light up at all, faulty unit.
So today I decided to check my unit. Hooked up 12V and ground.
Also extended the MAF cables to around the stock afm, then plugged the MAF in its connector.
Set the dips 1 and 2 for my 3.5" MAF. 3 and 4 is in the off position.
Turned on the ignition and the red led lit first then also the green and after 2 secs they turned off. Ignition off and I get a short blink from the red led.
After this I thought if I removed the MAF I would get a trouble code.
2 red blinks I think. Nothing, just the initial blinking as above...
Does the unit have to have IG pulses in order to check the codes, something else?
