Leaky and sqeaky rear hatch

So Its raining here in the lovely greater Seattle area and I went out to my car and saw the their was water in my trunk just a few drops but none the less. It also sqeaks......! I am trying to decide if its the seal along the trunk or my trunk window.... Does anywone else have this issue? I also looked at the seal and saw that it is torn... So I am guessing its that. I dont really mind the leak part but when it sqeaks it drives me crazy. So before I go and spend 100 dollors at toyota I want to make sure I am buying the right thing to cure my problem

at least your is ony a few drops, my old car would fill up with water when it rained. but my hatch was squeking alot and i replaced the hatch seals and that seemed to help alot.

The water problem is due to the window seal - wow, two threads on this in a single day.

The squeaky/rattling hatch can be fixed by replacing your hatch bumpers -
