Key falling out... HELP!!!!!

Yeah, mine was stolen, hence why the ignition barrel has been replaced... This was happening with the old barrel, and now, all of a sudden is happening with this one too... It is more so just a pain in the butt because i thought i had fixed the issue...

Should have swapped in the whole column K

Will leave as is for now, and just add it to the ever-growing list of things i am doing in the next 12 months
