I finally got the muffler and resonator welded on, sounds dayum good! I also cut out the front bumper for more air flow to the intercooler.

Ill get the camera out and do a couple flybys on my next day off, its very deep and smooth sounding. I was trying to keep it stealthy cause where i live the Po-lice are always on the prowl.

That's the same reson I got rid off my blitz nur spec, just to loud. I should of just added a resonator to it, but I like the sound of my fugistubo.

Fujitsubo is probably my favorite exhaust company of all time, I think the resonator adds more of a smoother sound to the exhaust making it more exotic sounding. On a side note i just ordered Supertech Viton valve stem seals and all the tools needed to do the job. Also ordered a 3" intercooler piping kit to replace my 2.5" piping i have now.

I was thinking about doing an exhaust cut out with a switch, just to have that nasty loud scream at wot for shits and giggles. And of course it adds alittle hp:)

You are picking up new stuff everyweek! Keep up the motivation and progress buddy....

Yeah its so much fun. Im planning on making fender braces, master cylinder brace, under car ladder bars, strengthening both the front and rear subframe, front strut towers braced with tubing to the firewall, full cage, stitch welding the chassis. It will take a while but when im done i should have a pretty stout little race car :)

Update: Got the 3" intercooler piping today, along with T clamps, and couplers. I also started my redneck valve stem seal replacement with supertech viton ones, complete PITA! I ordered a valve compressor that bolts on where the cam caps go, soo ill have that by tomorrow. I have to wait to install the intercooler piping, I really want the turbonetics Godzilla bov so well see if i can scrap some funds together for it in the next month. The intercooler piping and bov will be the last engine mod until the twins give out. So until then i need to focus on fixing all my rotten bushings and ball joints. Oh and last but not least about 10 pounds of 3/32 and 1/16 rod for mild steel :) Anyways here's a couple pics:

Completely removed the twin turbos to make room for the 6781 garrett and new Tial bov, i should have the turbo by mon. or tues.. Let me tell you that removing the stock turbo's was a complete pain in the A$$ and im glad i never have to do it again!

After further inspection of the CT20A's it looked like one of the turbos exhaust side blades was caked in oil residue and crap, the other one the intake side blades were hitting the housing. I have concluded that this was causing the smoke on decel and at idle from decel.

naw i forgot to make a video of the first start up, and yeah its a drift motion 67mm 81 a/r . I hooked up the wastgate wrong so when i went out to test the kit for the first time it over boosted to like 25psi in 3rd gear no traction like gunshots going off I was like HOLY $HIT!!! called Arron and he told me how to fix it, now im running about 10psi with low 11 afr's. It sounds amazing with the spool up of the big turbo, the wastgate to atmosphere and the new bov sounds crazy too. Even on 10psi it feels way faster then 18psi on the twins. All in all im really stoked on how it came out the car is crazy now.
