so i changed the coolant hoses on the intake side and now coolant is getting though to the exhaust is there coolant running though isc valve that could leak into the intake manifold or trough the throttle body please help!
Yes coolant runs through the ISCV and TB but I seriously doubt that it could leak into the intake through them. Are you sure you didn't connect a coolant hose to a vacuum port?
The reason that coolant lines are run through the throttle body and idle speed control valve is for, as Kevin stated, cold weather. The coolant warms the two parts so that the valve and throttle plate don't stick shut due to ice formation.
Theres no way unless the casting is cracked that coolant could leak there. There is however the gasket between the head and intake manifold that coolant runs threw. Its under the lower plenum.
