is my 7MGTE dead???

My 7m is tired and it wants to kill it's self....
It has 200K miles all stock!

What are a couple things i can do to bring it back???

I have no power, it likes to overheat, and it sounds like a tractor!!!

I think its rod knock, with a bit of exhaust leak....

Would it be better to rebuild, or drop in a newer one???

Price wise... you know?

I really just want to fix the motor thats in it!!!

if you get a jdm one, its still going to have to be rebuilt, or you will have the same thing happen eventually.
