I am going to be mounting a large external trans cooler soon, and I usually mount them to radiators for airflow at low speeds/heavy traffic.
Do you think there would be an advantage to mounting a trans cooler in front of the intercooler, and having a large puller fan behind the intercooler, with it's own seperate temp sensor/relay? I could set the sensor at any temp I want, any suggestions on a good set point?
I hate teh idea of hot soak in heavy traffic, and the flow from the intercooler fan would surely help out with radiator cooling too.
Regards, Andrew.
