Inner Fender well/ Fender skin removal.

I bought part of the passenger side rear fender from 'CrazySupra' on the forums (real nice guy to deal with) which included part of the inner fender. My question is is it possible to remove the outer skin from the inner fender well? I would not like to replace part of the inner fender well, just my rusted out outter skin.

Are they glued together? It doesnt seem like they are "ONE" unit. I see a seam line, just dont know if they can be taken apart easily

More than likely spot welded at the Lip.

I'm pretty sure they're welded together as I.J. said.. when we were rolling my fenders, a buddy and I actually discussed this.
