i have no less than six new magazines to read while taking a shit in the mornings:

popular science
popular mechanics
project car
super street
import tuner
turbo

all are good reads, im not really interested in the project cars of the car mags, but more of the product reviews and so on.

in popular mechanics/popular science, there's something crazy on every page: some company just built the worlds largest cargo freighter, capable of carrying 1400 standard size cargo containers. engines push out 110,000 horsepower (almost as much as my NA, damn!)

I can't go w/o my monthly dose of Sport Compact Car. The only problem is I take far less than a month to finish it. Which means I gotta get another subscription. SCC had a nice little postcard w/ a decent deal on Import Tuner...might as well send it in.

yeah thats my problem too. best part was resubscribing to SCC, i got a license plate frame that said 'let the ass kicking begin'. so of course it went on the power wagon.

I've been a subscriber for over 3 years and I have yet to get a license plate frame...All I have is my Injen one that I got w/ my AE86 intake.

Super Street sucks balls... I subscribed to them for FIVE years, just ended two months ago, and not ONE effin MKIII in ANY issue... Wait, I take that back, there was a tiny pic of Mike Urbano's Supra that was about 1 inch by 2 inches... It used to be cool... Pull out posters, good info, tech, sweet rides... Now, it's all friggin rice... Jap cars that you will NEVER see here... And the staff are like that group of douche bags that sit there and make insulting jokes at everyone that walks by... They THINK they're funny, and laugh amongst themselves, but are really toolshed monkeys...

Turbo is a good mag... So is SCC, they love MKIIIs...

My favorite is Sport Compact Car...they subscribe mostly to the Performance above all else. I love thier focus on Suspension tech and Brakes and Tires as the most important aspects of performance driving. The articles are also really well written. Plus USCC...that is all.
