Idle issue solved, but not?

I recently replaced my upper intake manifold gasket (was running an ultra awesome piece of cereal box with holes in it before, cletus ftw) thinking it would solve my idling issues. Of course, no. So after screaming a few profanities at the ongoing idle issue I decided to play with anything else that could be causing the problem. ISCV, any other vacuum leaks, etc.

Turns out it was the Aeromotive AFPR. When I adjust the fuel pressure up/down the idle will settle out again, but when I go out and drive around a bit, the idle starts going all wonky again. Car drives/boosts fine otherwise.

Definition of wonky: Holds at 750 and drops to 500~ then will bounce back up to 900~, sometimes it drops low enough to stall the car.

I'm assuming I should take apart my FPR and check its innards are in good working order, but am looking for other opinions.
