You might be hunting around for the right brackets to use for your swap. You might also be looking to identify an engine's origin based on the brackets on it. Here is what I have compiled so far, based on google and some old SF information from ITR.00-1282:
1st letter left or right bracket
2nd letter left or right mounting hole set on block
3rd letter chassis code
