Thanks Evan! Joined A70 (MK3). BTW your Supra is looking great and just checked out all your work from the body, wheels, suspension and block.
I'm in the early stages of body/suspension work right now. I've been tossing a couple ideas around on what to do with this Supra but still undecided. Doing basic suspension components right now so I still have time to figure it out. haha.

Being that the car is over 20 years old I felt it would be wise to replace subframe bushings and other parts. The poly bushings have been ordered already in the group buy from Ronnik. The rest of the suspension parts, brakes and other stuff will take awhile but it will get done.

Its been awhile since I've posted updates on the Supra due to working and all the family activities. The front subframe is close to being done and added camber bolts, poly bushings, control arm bushings and upper a arms finally arrived. Also figured out that some 89-92 steering racks have a solenoid valve that Toyota no longer makes that plugs into the wiring harness. (See pic) So I will be looking for a remanufactured steering rack out of an 87-88 Supra. Anyone feel free to chime in on that with more experience. Next I need to find some GOOD coilovers for a daily. Oh and finally have the wiring harness and removed old factory sound deadening material with dry ice. Worked good!

Hey Quin,

Supra is coming along good. I have the suspension going together right now. I will have the struts, BBK from ARZ coming soon and sway bars front and back going in. I will post some pics again soon.

Thanks Silver MK3. That is the goal, do it once and hopefully right. That makes the project longer but worth it in the long run. I wouldn't want to drive it unless it was the way I wanted.

Nice, glad to hear it didn't fall off the face of the earth. Don't know if you ended up deciding on a clutch, but I strongly recommend you go with a twin disk. I have an ACT 6 puck in my car with an upgraded PP and it is truly awful. Chattery piece of junk and the pressure plate ate my thrust bearings less than 700mi after installation.

I don't think your power goals will be a problem at all on E85. I don't think you will end up needing that quick spool valve on this setup, either. I have a 6262 .68 and am seeing 15PSI by mid 3000s.

I've been looking at the Clutch masters FX850 but undecided right now. Sorry to hear about your ACT 6, theres probably chatter of some kind no matter whats out there performance wise.
Also this turbo I have could do without the QSV but will run with it for now, theres a chance I might upgrade turbo and injectors later. Your 6262 is a great turbo for quick spool and fun for the street!
The BC coil overs and Whiteline front/rear sway bars just came in the mail the other day. Test fitted one of the coil overs and hope to have all this on soon. Waiting on Andys anodized BBK (big brake kit) should be in the mail soon for the front and rear with coated rotors.

This car used to be long to my cousin in VA. The dude you bought it from was a cars flipper that bought it off my cousin. The interior came from a really clean 91 NA supra.

I know Bennie (Binh Pham). The leather interior looks great but I'll be going with aftermarket bucket seats in the future. I have to find someone looking for interior parts one day soon. Just been busy with work lately and working on suspension parts.

Heres a quick pic of the brakes. Now i'm in the market for wheels and have an eye on some Volks but still open for ideas. 17's or 18's. Not for sure yet...

Front suspension has been done for awhile and about to start on rear suspension and subframe. Almost forgot to take a couple pics for you guys. I had also added spacers on the steering rack from Beech Performance. It was fairly easy to install and can be removed easily as well if needed. The factory washer is much thinner than Beech. Hard to tell how much steering angle can really be achieved in pic. Added new wheel bearings to the hub and installed ARP bolts. The before and after pic of suspension before putting it together.

I had also picked up Fuel hanger, NGK BKR8EIX plugs, twin pumps and Fuel Labs 6 micron fuel filter. No pics of those as everyone has seen plugs, filters and fuel pumps. Already have the clear corners for the front blinkers and getting LEDs installed soon.

Sure will akito. Ive gotta get this gas tank pulled out and rear subframe first and throw in the polys and Beech Performance stuff. I can't wait for the interior and body kit to get done. That seems to catch everyones interest when body work is being worked on. Then the wheels have to be done because the stock wheels will not fit with the BBK's. Thats why I haven't installed the brake kit yet. haha.

Finally finished up both front and rear subframes. Also added OS Giken to the rear differential. While getting all that done I found the gas tank was damaged by previous owner. If anyone has one in good shape let me know! Thx.

Finally able to put the subframe back in the Supra. Big brake kit going on soon and dropping the 1J back in the car. Undecided on the coil packs right now on the 1J bcs there so many coil pack conversions people have done. Undecided at the moment.

I have similar plans to go with my car on the fuel system, what size are the AN fittings on the housing? also what pumps are those?

Overall nice clean build
