Thanks oldsking! I'll have to check out your build thread.

The fuel housing has a -8 feed and -6 return. The pumps are (part#50-1200) AEM 320 LPH @43psi or 84GPH compatible with gasoline, ethanol and methanol. 1 pump claimed ratings capable of supporting over 500 whp. Also have the Fuel Labs filter 6 microns -8AN (part#81832-1).

I removed the stock rubber gaskets from gas tank and replaced with Fel-Pro Karropak gasket material for ethanol fuel. Also used Permatex permashield gasket dressing.

I installed 1J block for a quick test fit but looks like it sits up to tall and cam covers touching firewall. I used new oem rubber mounts to 1J engine mounts so I will have to look for another option. Curious to know what others used for engine mounts for the 1J.

Hey BoostPsiKPA,
I used the rear bolt holes on the block. After searching the engine mounts last night I think the engine mounts might be out of a Soarer. Looked up JZA70 mounts and they look different from whats on the block right now.

I ordered the JZA70 motor mount brackets from Driftmotion and the 1J fits correctly in the engine bay. The pics show the stock brackets compared to new engine mounts. Also test fit the 1J with turbo and intake. Looks like the intake clears the factory brake booster and the turbo clears the strut tower with QSV. Now on to put in the trans with the trans mount brackets. I'll post more later on fitment for R154. Eventually will need paint and body to clean up engine bay and the rest of the shell. Not very pretty at the moment.
