I honestly dont' know what does or doesn't cause it.

I know my old car didn't do it. The only thing from stock that it had was 0 compression drag shocks in the back.

Ok..LOL You can get solid bushings for the entire subframe and also have spherical rod end bearings instead of rubber throughtout the suspension parts.

well i found out what cause wheels hop these are what i ahve done to slove it

semi solid sub frame bushing's
re infrost track arms
less toe in the rear of the car
none sluppy bushing thou out the rear spetion and such
and to have al less droop as possible int eh rear end cause that is when your alment chnages witch cause it as well

press fuck that i used my bench vise easy as pie just makes sure they go in stright frist and take some sand paper or die grinder and road the edge's so they go in better and don't for get to add gress nipples
