I dont know if there is already a thread about this or not? but if there is, please post it.

my hood shocks need to be replaced, and i dont want to buy used supra shockes, i want new ones. and since there isn't any new supra parts in the dealers here, is there any other cars that have similar shocks as the supra. my friend told me that the cressida shocks might work. any other suggestions?

If the local shops don't have 'em, there's always eBay.

I'm from the middle east, so ordering online is not an option. I could do that but it will take forever.

Pretty sure it is where it bolts up to the hood. I think one has a ball and socket and the other is different. Not sure on this though, maybe someone else can help you out with the differences.

I just replaced a set of hood shocks. I used part number D95211. Autozone had them in stock for $20 / piece. The ones they had listed for the supra were special order and twice the price.
