HKS D2 Exhaust Wont Fit!

Just bought this exhaust and I'm getting a 1" overlap at the cat outlet. The DP is from Driftmotion and I'm afraid its too long. I measured from the rear trans mount to the cat inlet flange at about 5.5". Can anyone confirm if this measurement is correct?

Had to cut 2" off the DP.

My eBay/CX Racing/Chinese DP was 2" too short I had to have a section welded in. Needless to say its the last time I buy a chinese downpipe.

Yep. Lesson learned. If you can weld its no biggie, but if not over $100 to get it tig'ed. Definitely not a bolt-on part.
