No, the reason it gets to 211 in 25 sec is gearing. The 2jz is fully capable of that, hell the torqueless wonder 1jz is capable of that. The swap is interesting non-the-less I find it refreshing to see somthing diffrent tried in the MKIV, The 2JZ has been done up every possible way at least a hundred times. And Top Secret has a knack for doing off the wall stuff.

Whether or not the swap is pointless is subjective. It's pointless to me too. I wouldn't have a need or want for a 3S in a MKIV either.

Top secret is over the top with Everything.

RB26 in a 350Z
RB26 in a Supra
3S-GTE in a Supra


Are any of these practical? No.

Would any tuning shop do this swap just to say they did? No.

But top secret did, And I love their cars more than anything, In fact, Next to Max Orido, Smokey, is my hero

I know what Top Secret does. To me it is pointless. I am not Top Secret and neither is MKivsupra_Rob.

That has nothing to do with how fast their cars are or how effective their swaps are.
