My stock '91 turbo won't start. I can't check codes because the engine isn't turning over. It's acting like the clutch switch is dead. What else can i check. I'm late for work I should have left at 5:00A.M. Please HELP! I will admit i didn't search, but i'm in a bind and i'm on 42.6K. Not Mps but Kps. Please guys

ok now that i've calmed down a smidge. I have a fully charged, new battery. I don't think it's the starter because i don't even hear the starter solenoid click. Then again it may be the solenoid. If if is the solenoid where is it located?

If you look at the navigation panel on the left of that page you'll see "Starter" go there then "Starter Relay" and it describes the procedure to check it.

For now I'd just roll start the thing so you can get to work then fix it later on.

IJ thank you for being up this early. It was the alarm. For some reason it didn't disarm when i unlocked the passenger side. So i performed the usual "disarm the alarm" ritual and it cranked as if nothing was wrong.

In case someone else wants to know what said ritual is, here is the link:

There are a few listed here. Pick your favorite and go to town.

Now, for a question for the moderators. Is there anyway this info could go into a FAQ or some other sticky that lists common problems other than the dreaded BHG? Oh, and will you lock this thread?
