Engine starts and idles perfectly. But when trying to give it any throttle out of gear it will cut out at 2200 rpms like fuel cut, and throttle response returns at 1600 and continues to cut out at 2200. Fuel pressure is between 30 and 40psi. AFR's bounce from 12 to 17+. Vacuum is 15. There is slight hesitation with initial throttle input. Other than that, what else would you need to know to give me any hints/tips/suggestions/shotgun?

All of the following parts are NEW

Fuel pump
map
ignitors
tps

If any locals would mind stopping in that would be great! I'm usually available all of Thursday and Sunday. Just shoot me a PM and we can get the details worked out.

Thanks!

Edit:
This is going into a 1991 Targa with a R154 swap done.
Running a walbro 255. Aeremotive FPR, DM Fuel dampener bypass hose, 3" exhaust turbo back, DM IC, AEM wideband. everything else stock.
No codes are thrown
It acts the same with the tps or tps unplugged
Harness was extened by me, cut one wire at a time and crimped using Tyco crimpers and PIDG crimps.
I also have an intermittent tach problem that SEEMS to be unrelated as this problem stays with or without the tach.

going to pop the ECU open and look for leaking caps tonight. Will aslo pull my coil packs and check them again. I've been fight this for a couple weeks now. It's the only thing keeping it from being road worthy.

So i really have thought thought that i needed glasses and this may prove it. Hairlne fractures in 5 out of 6 coil packs. Must have missed them the first time around. Put JB weld on them, waiting for it to cure. Probably have to test it out tomorrow. Opened the ECU and everything looks fine. Nothing leaking.
As for the TPS that was one of my first thoughts and with the one that came with the engine having a crack all the way through. I just called it preventative maintanence and bought a new one without checking the old one. New TPS was calibrated as per 2JZ TSRM specs. Problem also does not change with TPS unplugged.

Fixed the cracks. Absolutely no change.

Edit: added a little info at the top that i probably should have had up there from the start.

had the same problem when i first swapped motors, in fact that was my first ever post on a supra forum. where your harness comes through the firewall and connects to the body harness, you need to disconnect one of the smaller plugs. i forget which one cause its been 3 years since then, but that is your problem for sure. just start with the smallest plug. unplug it and see if the car runs. i want to say it only has like 5 or 6 wires.

hurry up and let me know!
