Here's a sucky way to blow up your 1JZ

A guy I know put some random ball bearing turbo on his 1JZ

The center section cracked and the water in hose leaked into the oil out hose

man, i dont hear too much about center sections cracking. ive seen a lot more compressor housings crack, and cracked turbine housings are common place. but that sucks

Kinda unfortunate, but it sems nothing this guy does seems to work out in his favour

2 weeks before the turbo incident, he tried a drag attempt in front of of 5,000 ppl with the hood unlatched.

Needless to say, that was not very beneficial.
