Help Wont Idle When Cold

hi my supra wont idle when i first start it up in the morning i have to pump the gas peddle real fast to work it up to 2500 rpm and hold it there for about 2 min after that it runs fine i have no clue can someone can you please help thank you

Have you checked codes? How long ago did this start? What did you mess with prior to this starting to happen?

Sounds like the coolant temperature sensor, like jdub said.
