help wire?

i dont know where this came from or what it is but since ive seen it my car hasnt started
its near the pdals and im currently done with a 1jz swap in a 88 na but it just wont start

ps if u live near buy and could get my car started 150 cash.......if u get it to run

Maybe its the plug for the LED light? The one from the panel under the steering wheel.

^ correct.... it's the green bulb that lights the floor when door is open etc
