The ground you have on the slave cylinder goes to the bottom starter bolt, iirc.

Where's your coil wire at, btw? Looks like its missing in the first pic.

ecu: http://cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=FI&P=122
ignition switch: http://cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=BE&P=15
That should get you started. Hopefully one of the electronics people will chime in, as this isn't my best area...

Think I would start with the main relay(http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=r...xCcVbWXgugfm9XUA&sig2=l6noBe7R4h23Gm4WRGRFeg).
You didn't accidently ground the pos. terminal on the alt. or battery? Check the main fuse as well.

There is also a main power supply wire from the fuse box behind the battery that should hook directly to the POS side of the batt.

ok so today i had a shop look at my car and they said it was the alternator, So i had my alternator checked while it was on the car and it was pushing 11.9v and they said that would fail, So i just drove the car around, got it warmed up and now the battery light went away and it's not throwing the code any more.

I'd like to post something useful here, but I think I'll go beat my head against the wall. Seems more productive....
