The ground you have on the slave cylinder goes to the bottom starter bolt, iirc.
Where's your coil wire at, btw? Looks like its missing in the first pic.

Man, never leave something metal laying across the battery like that. If it moves a few inchs and touchs both terminals, ouch...

But I'll try putting that ground on block instead, But what about those other wires that are bolted to the intake manifold? Are they supposed to be bolted to the intake manifold?

yeah. Well i put the ground wire on the block and it's still doing it, I'm getting code 11 (power supply). How do i check the ignition switch, circuit, main relay switch, circuit, and ecu?

You didn't accidently ground the pos. terminal on the alt. or battery? Check the main fuse as well.

There is also a main power supply wire from the fuse box behind the battery that should hook directly to the POS side of the batt.
ok so today i had a shop look at my car and they said it was the alternator, So i had my alternator checked while it was on the car and it was pushing 11.9v and they said that would fail, So i just drove the car around, got it warmed up and now the battery light went away and it's not throwing the code any more.
