Hi,

I was wondering if there was a write-up on how to adapt the heater control valve made for a Corolla/Prism to work on a 90 Supra.

I got a quote of almost $200 from the dealer for a Supra heater control valve.

Someone on a different forum said that this one would work:
Four Seasons Heater Valve #74850

What exactly do I have to do to make it work?

Thanks.

They're right, it'll work fine. Replace the bracket (put it on the opposite side) and actuating arm with the old ones. The old arm will need to be flipped. Look at how the valve works and you'll see what I mean. Since the ports are slightly larger and thin walled either mold the hoses or just be careful pushing them on...
