headlights and alarm help

just want to know if there is a way or wire to cut to not make my headlights flash when the alarm goes off. i want to keep my alarm because it works but sometimes when i unlock it it will go off. the reason i want to do this is because i have HIDs and it has ruined two ballest.

It's controlled by one wire going to the integration relay, but it would stop all the lights from coming on if the alarm went off.

I can think of 3 solutions:
- Aftermarket alarm that completely bypasses the factory on and instead is wired to trigger the parking lamps and fog lights.
- Install a time delay relay (might not work to be honest).
- Remove the HID's (especially if they're a plug and play kit).

Try unlocking the car from the other side, see if it sets the alarm off. I had a similar issue with the 88 I had.

My alarm was giving me trouble, setting itself and not disarming when I tried to unlock it. I bypassed it by jumping the hood sensor connection back to itself. It doesn't work at all anymore cause it thinks the hood is open, but it beats waking everyone up every morning and it killing the starter switch when it goes off...
