I've pulled worse out of my car. It was the result of one 18 psi pump gas 1/4 mile pass on a 57 trim ct. Lifted the head and pushed the fire ring on 5-6 cylinders all the way to the water jacket.
Head BHG analyzed. Dont see it do you? *Pics*

These are from when I got the car:
Surprisingly there was no oil contamination, and only mild white smoking. Of course, it overheated like no other. The rings dug in nicely to both surfaces too, I still have the head to show people.
