I can barely move! Despite my ankle and knee failing me over this weekend, i managed to trot out a full christmas dinner - 6.6lb Roast Duck, Sausages wrapped in Bacon, Sage & Onion Stuffing, Roast Potato's & Roast Parsnips, Shredded Sprouts with Bacon & Sage all tied together with a rosemary and port gravy....with christmas pudding and brandy butter for after, not to mention the alcohol consumption 
I'm still bummed that it didn't occur to me that I'd actually have time this year to go nuts until two days ago. >.< At least I know well enough for next year.

happy holidays? you mean merry Christmas to everyone on sm. Hope everyone has a good safe Christmas.
Uhm - yeah i'm happy with Holidays - there are those out there that might be celebrating Hannukah, Saturnalia or Pagan observances.
And being a bunch of godless heathens (well, I prefer to follow gods other than the one the Christians peddle, which for some of them is worse than no god at all) in this house, it's Christmas because that's what the calendar says, but I'm more of the Solstice/Yule type.
But since I'm not a self-centered douche, I like to wish everyone of all creeds or lack there of- Happy Holidays.
