Alot, here is the story, this guy sits in front of my in my Pre-Calculus class, and I know him from school, we've hung out before, he's a cool guy. He asks during class if he can use my phone to text somebody, I say ok, I'm usually cool about that, plus I know him. I let him have it during lunch, we come back to class, he still has it. The bell rings, and I forget he has it, but luckily he told me he had Physics next. So after the next period, I go to the Physics hall, I found him, and I'm relieved. I ask for the phone back, he says the phone got taken up by a teacher, and that he's getting it at 4 o'clock after school, the problem was that I get out early @ 2:30. He says ok, I'll get it after school, then give it to you tomorrow morning, I say fine. So, I get home, take to the girl I'm dating, I tell him I got my phone taken up so I can't call/text her. She says WHAT, I've been texting you back and forth. WHAT? :icon_evil She says yes, I've been texting you back and forth, I thought that was you, I said nope, wasn't me. Here is the texting back and forth:
Her: Hey wuts me
Him: not much babe how u been
Her: today was great, im at my friends dinner for his bday
Him: Dont be cheating on me now
Her: technically were not going out
Him: thats true
NOW WTF IS THIS SHIT? Not only did he get my phone taken up, but he was texting the girl I'm dating back and forth pretending to be me, THAT IS BULLSHIT. And he might've even been lying about getting it taken up so that he could use it for his pleasure! I honestly don't know what to do, I hope he gives it back tomorrow, I've had a few people text the phone telling him to meet me tomorrow morning to give me my phone back, he better give me the fucking phone back and not lie to me. What can I do to get my phone back if he gives me another lie like he possibly did about getting it taken up?
