They're angled the wrong way for LHD anyway. IF it did fit, they'd be pointing towards the passenger door 
I've seen them for LHD too, very rare item. I've been looking for one to continue my rare HKS parts collection for over a year, haven't seen one yet.
Just FYI, these would not be difficult to fab. Any decent car stereo shop that's capable of building custom speaker pods could put one of these together in any configuration you want - just tell them what you want to mount and give them your original glovebox to model initially. You wouldn't end up with the fancy patterned exterior or the HKS emblem, but that's not a big deal IMO.

If these pods have an alignment that makes them point upward (seeing as how your eyes are above the level of the glovebox), then flipping it upside down to fit in the LHD glovebox is going to cause the gauges to point toward the floor. Might make them hard to see.
