Gas smell?

well I dont really drive my car to much latley..
But today i went to for a 10 min drive(driving normal)
And It seems there's this strong gas smell whenever i get to a stoplight.
I know you guys will say plugs,wires but i just changed those?????

check for any old cracked hoses by the charcoal canister and did you put the gas cap on tight?

gas cap is on right, hoses are ok i guess

i want to show you the sensor that broken on mine

its right below to the green thingy, yeah i just changed my cat not to long ago.
Had to change because i could'nt pass smog.
