I didn't mean to imply that you or your sales staff didn't know what they were talking about. I only had the feedback from two other members to go off of. Per those posts, someone didn't differentiate well enough when he called, or they didn't properly qualify his inquiry and assumed he was turbo, or they were trying to read more into the sales person's response than was there.

No offense intended at all, Kyle. I know you guys run a great shop with tons of dedicated customers.

No problem, I didn't intend my post to come off that way. I agree on both counts. It can get quite hectic in a shop and I do love my MAFT Pro.

It's easy to imagine any number of scenarios which could have lead to the miscommunication these two experienced... and in the end I was just getting downright frustrated with the path this thread had taken.

How typical. I feel for you.

Typical in just like some of the other BS the posters make. Especiall the ones where "their mechanic" told them something, and they question it. When I am thinking to myself, their is no way he said that. This is a common, ongoing problem.
