Hey im toying with the idea of getting a bigger fuel pump as Id say im well on the limits of mine and getting temped to see what its like with a little more boost..

I currently have 1 single 255lph walbro and 680cc inectors and have been tuned to 515rwhp @17psi

for simply ease of instalation ect I would like to stay with just a single pump also I drive my car on the road and it smells bad as it is I do not want a external/surge set up in the car

pumps I have had my eye on are

Aeromotive 340 LPH Intank Fuel Pump
These pumps flow an amazing 340LPH at 40 psi & 13.5 Volts.

At 90 PSI, they still flow a MASSIVE 200 LPH!!

If you have a serious Horsepower car that needs a BIG intank pump, then this is the pump for you!! And the Best part is, its the same physical size as a Walbro pump! No need to fit the Bigger Bosch 044 intank anymore, This is the only pump you will ever need!!

Walbro 400 lph InTank Fuel Pump 800+HP NEW PRODUCT
This brand new, GENUINE WALBRO 400LPH High Pressure in-tank fuel pump can support over 800hp (at the crank) when supplied with 13.5V!

Deatschwerks 320 LPH
The DW Advantage
•Flows 320 litres per hour ( A Walbro only flows 255 LPH)
• In-tank application specific fitment
• Ethanol compatible
• 3-year no-fault warranty
• Quiet and reliable turbine impeller

Denso Japan intank 305ltr fuel pump
40psi 390lph 9.5amps 14v
50psi 350lph 10.5amps 14v
60psi 305lph 11.5amps 14v
70psi 258lph 12.5amps 14v

the denso is the most expensive the others are within $20-30nzd of each other

The walbro just on lph seems the pick of the bunch are these able to support 600+rwhp like they claim? I do have a bit of faith in them as my 500hp pump net me more than that to the wheels

Here's what i did. Don't know if you've seen it before. Bosch 044. Have a spare if you're keen on doing this also.

I'm running that aeromotive pump myself. It just looks and feels very well built, it's a heavy little sucker. Never had any fuel psi or flow problems from it yet and had it for about 7 months now.

how do you guys find the noise of the 044? and I know I shouldn't beleive the hype but is the walbro 400 going to handle more than the 044?
mr Oizo feel free to pm me the price of your pump but I just see xtra cost fitting it compared to the walbro and not to mention they are more expensive than the new 400lph walbros ITs always good to see the other options its just the NEW walbro havnt seen much press about im not going over 600whp id say so I will probly do can barley keep 515hp to the ground under 1-120kmph atm

The 044 is very noise...at least in inline applications. Had a car with an 044 in a surge tank and is a little noisier than a walbro 255 intank. My opinion would be go with the 044 since it's been proven to work on multiple different platforms. The only thing i don't like about the 400 walbro is that it's new. don't go with DW. DW are horrible (personal experience, multiple times) both with injectors and fuel pump.

Have a car that is putting down 650 awhp'ish with 1000s (4 banger) on a single 044 with base pressure at 53 psi (keep in mind the bsfc for this car is very good). the 044 is inline and very noise.
460 awhp'ish sti with 1000s surge tank 044 set up base pressure of 60 psi (bsfc for this car was pretty decent, didn't finish tuning the car out so stopped at 460). a lot quieter than the inline set up.
supercharged v8 single 044 external behind and below the fuel tank put down 670 rwhp'ish. bolt on stuff no tuning other than fmu.

if you have been on the dyno then find out your actual maximum bsfc. from there you can figure out what minimum fuel pump flow rate you need for your target HP.
