So I went to start up my car a few days ago and as it was warming up it felt like the engine was bogging down. I gave it a little gas and it continued. I popped the hood and at first thought I saw a dead cat in the engine bay. It turns out the fireproof insulation was all over the place. I cleaned it up and turned off my car. A few days later I started the car up and white smoke was pouring out the exhaust and the engine was vibrating like crazy. Also when I accelerate it feel like there is not much power from the engine. Is it possible the insulation got sucked into the engine or the turbo?

check spark plugs, just a thought.. maybe covered in oil. explains lack of power and smoke but just one possibility..
