The house is huge and pretty. It's also built on a $180,000.00 lot. It's right on the lake and lake lots are expensive around here. Well probably everywhere. I finished that house last year so I'm one year older and uglier now. I wouldn't dare post a recent picture.......uke:

Looks nice. I'd love to buy a lake lot here. You can't get close to the lake though, the Corps of engineers has all that protected to a certain point. I looked at a 1.5 acre lot the other day with a lake view. It was $300,000 for the lot, then I'd have to build a house on it. All in all it was around $500,000 after alls said and done. I'll see if I have a picture of the view from there.

I was looking at property in AL when I worked at Maxwell AFB in montgomery for 6 months. Much cheaper than lakefront property in MI. Now it's a little easier to find homes/land in MI with all the foreclosures.
