F C O at 3500rpm

i need some help !!!!
i shimmed my wastegate to increase my turbo pressure (boost ) it increased to a very happy 10 psi only problem is fco happens at 3500 rpm turbo spools very quick as long as i don't hit the gas to wot if i mid throttle the engine it does fine and is very fast faster than before also it is running super rich i already changed 02 sensors but still nohing any ideas ? any help would be greatly apreciated thank you for your time

i was just doing some research myself and came across an article that describes the symptoms i am having in the car unfortunately it calls for replacing all the hoses at one time which i cannot do at this time but might purchase an all tubing intercooler kit from e-bay.

Or you could just build a $5 boost leak tester and find the leaky hoses.
